Our residences are designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to recover from addiction. Our residences are located in quiet neighborhoods and are staffed 24/7 by our team of recovery specialists and house managers.

Aperta Recovery holds a series of large townhomes in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. These townhomes are located in a quiet, wooded area with easy access to hiking trails and parks. The townhomes are spacious and modern, with large windows and plenty of natural light. Each townhome has a private entrance and a small yard.

Each home has five bedrooms and hosts up to 10 residents across 1 triple bedroom, 3 doubles, and 1 single (manager) room.

One home has six smaller single bedrooms for tenured residents.

The Cabin

The Cabin

The Cabin is a large, semi-secluded cabin located near Woodland Park.

This large residence houses residents who have completed the initial phase of their recovery and prefer a more independent living environment. It is ideal for commuters and people who work from home.

One split bedroom is available to residents of all houses on a rotating basis for those who want a break from the city.

  • In-home gym with treadmill, elliptical, bike, weights, yoga floor, and Bowflex.
  • Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 4 full-size refrigerators, 2 deep freezers.

  • High-speed internet
  • 2x Washer and dryer

Rates

Double: $900/month
Single: $1200/month

Living Standards

We maintain high living standards for all of our residents.

Adequate space is provided for residents to be comfortable and safely store possessions, food, bikes, vehicles, etc.

All homes have no less than 1 bathroom per 4 residents and one or more additional half baths.

All kitchens are large enough to encourage cooking at home, with plenty of food storage in pantries, refrigerators, and freezers.

Common food items such as eggs, milk, and coffee, cleaning supplies, and certain toiletries are supplied by the house to save residents money by taking advantage of bulk discounts.

All residents have on-site access to a gym, computers, library, and workspace.
